Participant Agreement

As a friendly reminder, every visitor to GP81 must complete a participant agreement and is required to go through an on-site safety orientation. To expedite your check-in process, you can fill out our participant agreement online prior to your visit.

We are currently limited to ages 13 and up.Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
